SavranTech announced today the addition of Michael Schrader and Nargol Faravashi as advisors, and Lee P. Shulman, MD as Medical Advisor, further strengthening the company’s leadership across diagnostics, strategy, and women’s health clinical expertise.

Michael Schrader is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he supports student entrepreneurs launching new ventures in tough tech. He previously served as Co-Founder and CEO of Vaxess (2012–2024), leading the company through major milestones including strategic partnerships with global industry leaders, raising over $80 million in funding, establishing GMP manufacturing capabilities, completing a successful Phase I clinical trial, and building a pipeline of high-value healthcare products. Earlier in his career, Michael held roles at Google and Honda, contributing to the launch of products such as the Google Chromebook and Honda Pilot. He is an inventor on more than 15 patents spanning life sciences, technology, and transportation.

Nargol Faravashi is Senior Director of Molecular Diagnostics Market Strategy at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where she leads strategic initiatives in reproductive and women’s health diagnostics. She brings deep expertise in molecular diagnostics, genomics, and product strategy, with prior experience at Illumina supporting the development and commercialization of advanced diagnostic technologies. Throughout her career, Nargol has worked at the intersection of science, clinical application, and market execution, helping translate innovative research into clinically impactful solutions.

Dr. Lee P. Shulman is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Clinical Genetics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and serves as Medical Director of Insight Medical Genetics and Reproductive Genetics Innovations. A nationally recognized leader in women’s health and reproductive genetics, Dr. Shulman has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and 60 book chapters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a Founding Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics, and currently serves as Treasurer of the International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis.
